Labor at the Table Project Coordinator
About Labor at the Table (LATT)
Labor at the Table (LATT) began as an East Tennessee project in 2023 to coordinate strategies
for winning community and labor benefits on clean energy construction and to ensure that those
stakeholders were connected to decision-making spaces for federal and state clean energy
programs and workforce development implementation. Under the guidance of an Advisory Team
(AT), LATT has been hosting monthly Statewide Network meetings since 2024, which include
more than 15 organizations across the labor and community sectors from throughout
Tennessee. The Statewide Network develops shared strategies for tracking clean energy
projects and developing training infrastructure to create pathways into high-quality, union
careers for women, people of color, and rural workers who are underrepresented in the clean
energy workforce.
Commitment to Equity
LATT is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion both in our work and in our structure. We
seek applicants who share and exhibit these principles. As an equal opportunity employer, we
