Our coalition runs on volunteer labor and money donated by its supporters and activists. We have two co-chairs who are elected annually, but our meetings feature rotating volunteer facilitators, time-keepers and secretaries. We have a small elected Board that meets occasionally. We have at times run our own projects and at other times we have supported the actions of allies and member groups. We choose a monthly “solidarity action” we encourage our members to support.
